Hello! I’m Maria, originally from the Philippines, now exploring life in Germany alongside my IT-savvy husband. Teaching runs in my family, which naturally inspired my own career path in instructional design and teaching.

I’m currently enhancing my skills through a Master's in Education with Leadership from Wrexham University in Wales, thanks to the wonders of distance learning. When I’m not immersed in my studies, you might find me strumming the guitar, binge-watching my favorite series, enjoying a good Wanderung (that’s hiking in German!), or managing my small Amazon business, Mayumii, where I sell Korean skincare products.

I am also actively teaching Business English here in Germany, applying my skills directly in the field of teaching and learning. My passions lie at the intersection of learning technology, indigenous education, instructional development, and learning and development. I’m eager to innovate and lead in ways that make learning accessible and meaningful for all.
